This website is operated by Amihan Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Amihan Studio. Amihan Studio offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from this site, to you — the user — conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

  • Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer: A natural person acting outside of business or professional activity.

  • Day: Calendar day.

  • Distance contract: A contract concluded without physical presence through remote communication.

  • Entrepreneur: Amihan Studio.

  • Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel the contract within the cooling-off period.

  • Durable medium: Any means allowing information to be stored for future reference.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY

These Terms apply to every offer made by Amihan Studio and to every distance contract concluded between Amihan Studio and the consumer.

Before concluding a distance contract, these Terms will be made available to the consumer.
If the contract is concluded electronically, these Terms may be provided electronically in a format suitable for storage.

In the event of conflicting provisions, the interpretation most favorable to the consumer shall prevail, insofar as permitted by law.

ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER

If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be clearly stated.
All offers are non-binding. Amihan Studio reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.

Obvious errors, inaccuracies, or typographical mistakes do not bind Amihan Studio.

ARTICLE 5 – THE AGREEMENT

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.

After acceptance, Amihan Studio will confirm the agreement electronically. Until confirmation is received, the consumer may cancel the agreement.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

ARTICLE 7 – COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise stated in a specific return policy.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of return shipment.

ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Any other exclusions permitted under applicable consumer law

ARTICLE 9 – PRICING

All prices are listed inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Prices will not increase during the validity of an offer, except for changes in tax rates or legal requirements. Amihan Studio is not bound by obvious pricing errors.

ARTICLE 10 – CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY

Amihan Studio guarantees that products conform to the agreement, the stated specifications, and reasonable standards of quality and usability.

Any defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY AND EXECUTION

Orders are processed with care and delivered within a reasonable time, and no later than 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed in a timely manner.

ARTICLE 12 – DURATION, TERMINATION, AND RENEWAL

Indefinite agreements may be terminated at any time with a notice period of no more than one month.

Fixed-term agreements may be terminated at the end of the agreed term, subject to applicable conditions.

ARTICLE 13 – PAYMENT

Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be completed at the time of purchase.

In the event of non-payment, Amihan Studio reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

ARTICLE 14 – COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Complaints should be submitted within 7 days of discovering the issue by contacting:

Complaints will be responded to within 14 days. If no resolution is reached, the consumer may pursue further dispute resolution in accordance with applicable law.

ARTICLE 15 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of another jurisdiction apply.

For Canadian consumers, applicable Canadian consumer protection laws may apply in addition to these Terms.
