AMIHAN STUDIO Return & Refund Policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase with Amihan Studio, you agree to the terms outlined below.

RETURNS

Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Return requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

For hygiene-sensitive products, items must be returned clean and unused.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Tights

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items

FREE RETURNS (WITHIN 30 DAYS)

All approved returns requested within 30 days of delivery are free of charge.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

REFUNDS

Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

EXCEPTIONS

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

  • A replacement will be sent free of charge, or

  • A full refund will be issued if replacement is not possible.

Order Cancellations

Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
